Departe de mine ideea ca salvarea ar fi in mainile politicienilor. Insa toata problema pare o incropeala de idei primite de-a gata si perpetuate din lipsa de alternative mai convenabile. Una dintre variante, de pilda, avanseaza constant nume provenind din acea institutie infailibila numita banca centrala. Priceperea specialistilor de acolo s-a vazut de-a lungul timpului in deprecierea constanta a monedei nationale, iar cei cu memorie mai buna isi pot aminti pana astazi anii cu inflatie de trei cifre. O alta ipoteza, propusa foarte recent de un ziar central, implica nume relevante din domeniul afacerilor. Cotidianul indica pentru fiecare minister in parte persoane cu o competenta recunoscuta in domeniul respectiv. Sa luam cazul unuia dintre „candidatii” la functia de Ministru de Finante, si sfaturile sale: „Concentrarea controalelor fiscale asupra contribuabililor care prezintă un risc ridicat de evaziune fiscală, faţă de efectuarea controalelor la întâmplare. Concentrarea asupra unor măsuri eficiente de scădere a evaziunii, de îmbunătăţire a colectării taxelor şi de luptă împotriva spălării banilor”. Asadar, problema in Romania nu sunt sutele de reglementari sau taxele impovaratoare, ci nivelul scazut al colectarilor. Nu suna cu nimic diferit fata de ce auzim de obicei... Un alt „potential” considera ca marea provocare pentru Finante o reprezinta „lipsa de predictibilitate”, ca si cum daca romanii ar sti ca pentru urmatorii 10 ani statul va pune o cota unica de 50% vom deveni toti mai fericiti si mai buni platnici. Iar filozofia din spatele unui astfel de guvern este, bineinteles, corporatismul, adica socialismul cu un simulacru de piata. „Noul guvern ar trebui să-şi facă drept prioritate naţională crearea de noi locuri de muncă şi reindustrializarea, acolo unde se mai poate reindustrializa. Cu bani de la stat, cu garanţii de stat, aşa cum au primit Ford şi Renault, cu bani privaţi sau de oriunde or fi”, scrie acelasi ziar. Pai, daca statul stie dinainte unde sa investeasca (oare?), de ce sa ne mai incurcam cu niste amarate de firme sau indivizi? Sa lasam specialistii sa lucreze in birouri ministeriale, sa ne spuna ce industrii vor fi profitabile, cat sa producem si cat sa consumam. Aducem expertii care si-au dovedit mana, majoritatea in afaceri cu statul, sa ne indice calea luminoasa. Oricum, capitalismul nu functioneaza, a spus si Davos-ul, asa ca mai bine trecem direct la planificare tehnocratica. Salvarea nu va veni dintr-o clasa sociala (afaceristi, politicieni, avocati, preoti, etc), asa cum cred adeptii solutiei tehnocrate, ci din idei corecte. Iar acestea lipsesc cu desavarsire din Romania. Liberalismul s-a oprit, mai demult, la Viena. |




Una dintre iluziile persistente in media si societatea romaneasca este aceea ca tehnocratii, expertii si specialistii ne vor salva. Oameni spilcuiti, cu limbaj tehnic si figuri reci, fara sentimente, dar cu inteligenta si competenta, ei vor reusi sa scoata tara din marasm. De ajuns cu amatorismul, e nevoie de abilitati reale, clameaza opinia publica.
