Romania va semna, in zilele urmatoare, Tratatul de Guvernanta Fiscala prin care se limiteaza datoria statului si deficitul public. O masura buna ar spune orice liberal. Fals, pentru ca prin acest mecanism se cedeaza o parte din suveranitatea nationala, mai ales ca prevede sanctiuni din partea UE pentru incalcarea sa. Pedepsele sunt minore, dar se creeaza un precedent, iar exemplul Greciei arata limpede ce patesc statele “indisciplinate”. In cazul de fata, merita amintit ca Marea Britanie si Cehia nu au semnat Tratatul, iar Irlanda va face un referendum. La noi, sugestia europeana se transforma in litera de lege peste noapte. In alta ordine de idei, scumpirea pretului la oua cu peste 30% in februarie, fata de luna anterioara, a fost determinata de o directiva europeana privind comercializarea oualor produse de gaini crescute in custi. Asadar, criticati-i si suparati-va pe specialistii de la Bruxelles, dar sunt convins ca nimeni nu stie cine sunt si cum au facut-o. Oamenii simpli nu vad decat pretul mult mai mare de la magazine, asa ca se vor imbufna pe comercianti, desi vina e in alta parte Aplicarea ACTA (acordul comercial de combatere a contrafacerii ) a fost amanata pana in momentul in care Curtea de Justitie Europeana se va pronunta daca documentul incalca drepturile omului. “Abia apoi se va lua o decizie în acest sens în privinţa acordului, în ceea ce priveşte România”, a spus purtatorul de cuvant al Guvernului. Remarcabil, statul roman este incapabil sa hotarasca in aceasta privinta, asa ca vom astepta un raspuns din partea unui alt organism format din “experti”. Iar ulterior guvernul de la Bucuresti, indiferent de culoarea sa politica, va imbratisa cu aplomb decizia, indiferent care va fi ea. Exemplele de mai sus nu reprezinta decat partea vizibila a Molohului ce inghite incetul cu incetul libertatile noastre. Devenim cu totii, pe zi ce trece, personaje reale intr-un univers kafkian de decizii incomprehensibile, impersonale si innaccesibile. Suntem in sfarsit europeni…. |




Odata cu integrarea politica tot mai rapida, problemele relevante se muta la un nivel superior (in sens geografic) de decizie, astfel incat galceava cotidiana a partidelor locale devine doar o lupta pentru firimituri de la o masa copioasa. (Acesta este si unul din motivele pentru care aici se scrie mai mult despre subiecte “globale”). Si ca sa vedeti cum stau lucrurile am selectat doar cateva ilustrari recente de modificari legislative europene sau internationale, cu impact (negativ, bineinteles) asupra romanilor.
