In sfarsit, avem o guvernare de dreapta pusa pe reforma sanatoasa, s-ar putea spune. Macar in ceasul al 12-lea. Dar sa vedem ce tipuri de privatizari ni se propun de catre Executiv. Citim stirea agentiei Mediafax de ieri: “Guvernul a aprobat acorduri petroliere cu Chevron. Intelegerile sunt clasificate si valabile imediat”. Pentru a completa suspansul, ni se mai spune ca la intalnire a participat si ambasadorul SUA. Capitalism curat. In ceea ce priveste vanzarea companiei Cuprumin, aflam, de aceasta data din declaratiile oficialilor, ca nu exista nicio clauza de dezvoltare acolo, ceea ce e ciudat, in primul rand, pentru stilul de guvernare local, in care orice vanzare se face insotita de sute de conditii si anexe, pentru a inlatura concurentii din licitatie, pentru ca apoi, dupa ce a fost desemnat castigatorul dorit, ele sa fie complet ignorate. In cazul de fata, guvernul nici nu stie cui a vandut. Toate aceste actiuni nu au nimic insa de-a face nici cu dreapta, cu libertatea economica sau cu alte concepte stralucitoare in functie de contextul politic. Ele reprezinta un simulacru de privatizare deoarece incalca in primul rand drepturile de proprietate ale muncitorilor din respectivele fabrici si uzine. Apoi, la pachet cu vanzarea unor astfel de active, vine, de regula, si o reglementare beton ce ii confera cumparatorului privilegii solide pentru urmatorii ani, sub forma de subventii, acces privilegiat pe piata, samd. Exemplul clasic in acest sens l-a constituit privatizarea Romtelecom, dar sunt foarte multe altele. Asa ca, in loc sa incurajeze competitia si sa protejeze drepturile de proprietate, privatizarile levantine nu fac altceva decat sa compromita din nou ideea de reforma si liberalism. Ciocoii de partid sunt inlocuiti de corporatisti, eficienti cata vreme sunt protejati prin lege de concurenta. Iar pentru a completa imaginea de campioni ai dreptei si ai liberalismului economic, guvernantii au decis sa majoreze taxele si impozitele locale cu 16% incepand cu anul viitor. Stat minimal si alta nu… |




Dupa ce a reusit performanta de a nu privatiza aproape nimic in patru ani de guvernare, partidul aflat acum la Putere a fost cuprins subit de elanul “eliberarii” firmelor de stat. Dupa ce a blocat privatizarile unor companii vitale pentru buzunarele membrilor CA de la CEC sau Eximbank si pentru firmele conectate politic la credit ieftin, aflam astazi ca totul e de vanzare, iar doritorii se pot infrupta din oferta generoasa a patriei. Resursele tarii, instrainate de precedentele partide, au fost planse in trecut de conducatorii actuali, dar la inceputul saptamanii tot ei au descoperit ca se poate castiga din vinzarea cuprului, de pilda. La fel si din gaze, din aur, la fel din combinatul Oltchim, la fel si din alte lucruri.
