La fiecare rasturnare de putere incepe un val de bocete si ieremiade impotriva schimbarilor din functii la asa-zisele institutii “independente” sau companii “private de stat”. Se huiduie contra politizarii, a imposturii, a nepotismului, a sistemului clientelar, a falimentului iminent, a decadentei generale. Un val inalt si puternic de inlocuiri matura toate agentiile bugetare. In timp ce opozitia deplange situatia, puterea saluta triumful competentei. Jocul acesta plicisitor se desfasoara cu regularitate de mai bine de 20 de ani si totusi nimeni nu are intentia de a-l stopa. Solutia cea mai justa si simpla economic, dar cea mai costisitoare in plan personal, o reprezinta desfiintarea agentiilor publice (ICR, edituri, sutele de autoritati si oficii, samd) si privatizarea firmelor de stat (numarul lor nu poate fi estimat nici macar de oficiali, care precizeaza doar ca sunt vreo 123 de companii mari). S-ar economisi bani si am fi scutiti de pertractari caraghioase.
Totusi, nu sunt atat de inocent inca sa nu-mi dau seama ca indiferent cat de atragatoare ar fi solutia de mai sus, ea presupune costuri teribile pentru oricine s-ar incumeta la o astfel de aventura. Birocratii ar urla ca dispare o institutie vitala pentru soarta tarisoarei, membrii partidului de la putere ar turba din cauza disparitiei posturilor caldute si sigure, opozitia (indiferent care o fi ea) s-ar lamenta vis-à-vis de nebunia deciziei, analistii ar avertiza ca e o politica impotriva practicii europene, iar jurnalistii i-ar compatimi sincer pe disponibilizati si l-ar demoniza pe respectivul nesabuit. In concluzie, toata lumea ar fi nefericita.
