( Pe pagina de net a agentiei troneaza maiestuos un citat remarcabil pentru orientarea ideologica a organizatiei : “Ceea ce am facut pentru noi insine moare odata cu noi, ceea ce facem pentru ceilalti ramane si este nemuritor” - Albert Pike). Dincolo de faptul ca initiativa legislativa sterge pe jos cu libertatea oamenilor, cu asa zisa libertate de constiinta si alte asemenea lucruri, e interesanta presupozitia materialista pe care se fundamenteaza. In opinia implicita a parlamentarului, viata de aici si acum reprezinta singura valoare ce merita a fi prezervata, aproape in orice conditii, restul principiilor decazand pe trepte mai putin importante. Insa, dupa cum se poate vedea din istorie sau din exemplul dat de Martorii lui Iehova, viata nu poate fi acceptata sub orice forma sau infatisare. De pilda, ca sa ramanem tot in perimetrul ilustrarilor religioase, pentru martirii crestini moartea (nu sinuciderea) devenea o alegere naturala cand cealalta optiune era renuntarea la credinta. Sau, ca sa oferim un exemplu din modernitatea nihilista, pentru o multime de scriitori sinucigasi (Montherlant, Kawabata, Delleuze, Gary, Hemingway, samd) viata a fost doar o optiune cel putin secundara. Oricat ar parea de straniu, la prima vedere, pentru foarte multi oameni, in general, si pentru majoritatea crestinilor, in particular, viata are sens doar in conditiile prezervarii unor valori si idealuri care transcend orizontul materialist imediat. Iar imaginatia nu trebuie sa mearga neaparat la omul religios, care se gandeste la rai sau iad, ci si la exemple mai terestre precum indragostitul ce nu mai poate trai fara iubita lui si alte situatii similare, desi exista diferente semnificative intre cele doua categorii. De asemenea, un caz aparte il constituie razboinicii clasici, sa spunem. “The truth is that any nation going to war tells itself that there are things in life dearer than life and that it proposes to defend these even at the expense of lives”. (Richard Weaver – Visions of Order) In concluzie, ceea ce pare de neinteles pentru parlamentarul cu pricina este tocmai refuzul acceptarii “mai presus de toate” a vietii, asa ca solutia fortei legislative se impune de la sine. Constiinta ce nu poate fi modelata trebuie daramata. In alta ordine de idei, este la fel de interesant cum acest argument provita nu are niciun fel de priza cand vine vorba de problema avortului.
