Lupta impotriva coruptiei reprezinta totusi adevaratul test al unui partid civilizat, progresist, conectat la valorile euro-atlantice, dornic de schimbare sociala, etc. Pentru acest ideal nu se face rabat de la cele mai spectaculoase mijloace: arestari, controale, inregistrari, agentii nou infiintate si multe altele. Toate pentru a dovedi ca se vrea intr-adevar o curatire morala a societatii. Insa aceasta stire ar trebui sa arate oricarei persoane de buna-credinta ca singurul lucru de care e nevoie sa ne temem sunt acesti cruciati. O simpla covrigarie este asaltata de 15 controale lunar. Toate justificate legal. In viziunea de dreapta made in Romania problema relevanta nu consta in faptul ca majoritatea agentiilor care ordona controalele nu ar trebui sa existe pe fata pamanatului, ci in moralitatea angajatilor. Adica ei vor sa existe controale, dar sa fie efectuate corect. Dar daca acest lucru s-ar intampla, in cateva zile majoritatea afacerilor locale ar fi nevoite sa inchida pentru ca nu se pot conforma. De pilda, intr-un bar din Sibiu (stiti povestea...influenta germana, oameni mai corecti, reticenti la spaga), un control a scos la iveala faptul ca “recipientul” in care se preparau cocktailurile nu avea marcat gramajul, fapt ilegal deoarece putea insemna inselarea clientului. Imediat a venit si amenda. Sau mita. Sigur ca acestea sunt exemple minore, insa lucrurile nu functioneaza deloc diferit la nivel macro. Se schimba doar incadrarea, pentru ca acolo vorbim deja de “marea coruptie”. Ceea ce le scapa, intentionat sau nu, apostolilor reformei morale sunt natura umana, legile economiei si istoria culturala. La un nivel profund, bineinteles. Dar, pe un palier mai superficial, nu cred ca iti trebuie foarte multa carte pentru a intelege ca daca ai sute de reglementari imposibil de respectat, plus zeci de agentii de control, plus natura cazuta a oamenilor atunci rezultatul inevitabil va fi coruptia pe scara larga. Din acest motiv, orice partid care isi face un titlu de glorie din reformarea morala a statului si a societatii trebuie privit cu un scepticism total. |
